The York 13-in-1 utility workout bench is a versatile piece of gym equipment that can be easily adjusted from decline through flat to incline positions and has a maximum weight capacity of 180kg (396.8lbs). A wide choice of 13 settings includes 3 decline and 4 incline positions as well as 4 rear incline settings, a bicep curl pad and a flat platform, which enables you to perform various exercises such as bicep curls, chest flys, sit ups, shoulders press and hyper extensions. The bench is equipped with deep cushion upholstery and under knee padding to provide the user with improved comfort while working out. It can be easily folded to save space at home when not in use – its height is reduced to 27cm (10.6″).
