This sit-up bar will help you strengthen your abdominal and core muscles. Use the bar to do sit ups, wherever and whenever you like! The bar can be attached to any door and the position can be adjusted between 3 different heights depending on the desired difficulty and your shoe size. This sit-up trainer is made of black steel and measures approx. 21.5 x 25.5 x 19 cm (8.5 x 10 x 7.5 in) in size.

Make sure the door you are attaching the bar to stays closed, locking it if need be. Double check that the bar is firmly attached to the door. Fasten the screws before each training session and test that you have enough space. Make sure there are no stairs and recesses nearby. The sit up bar is a sports equipment tool for abdominal muscle training and should be used only for this purpose. Put your feet under the bar, don’t lean onto it. The sit up bar is suitable for private use, only.
The sit up bar is not a toy and should be used only under adult supervision. Stop training if you feel any pain and warm up before each session.
Stow the sit up bar in a dry and clean room. Clean the bar with water and wipe it dry after washing.
