For a comfortable and motivating workout the Endurance M7 from ProForm is a great choice. The running deck incorporates ProShox cushioning to absorb impacts and stabilise and comfort throughout the running gait. Run at a top speed of 18kph (11.1mph) and on an incline of 0-10% thanks to the 2.5 continuous horsepower Mach Z (3.0 HP peak) motor. The backlit LCD display shows the time, distance, speed, incline, calories and heart rate, and there are 18 pre-programmed workouts to choose from. The treadmill has a port for iPod and mp3 players and integrated speakers so you can listen to music and work out without headphones. The easy fold-up design and transport wheels make storing this treadmill quick and straightforward.
